Terms and Conditions for Students applying and staying at BestStellies  Accommodation

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application for student accommodation with BestStellies Student Accommodation. By submitting your application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent for Personal Information Sharing:

I, the undersigned student applicant, hereby give my consent to BestStellies Student Accommodation to collect, use, and share my personal information, including but not limited to my identification and student numbers, with the landlord and any individuals or entities involved in the management of the property.
2. Purpose of Personal Information Use:

I understand that my personal information will only be used in accordance with the services I request, primarily for the purpose of renting accommodation and anything related to the property itself, its contents and access for owners or contractors if required.

3. Communication via WhatsApp Group:

I acknowledge and agree that BestStellies Student Accommodation may add me to a WhatsApp group designated for communicating important information related to my accommodation, including but not limited to property-related updates, maintenance, and essential notifications.

4. Sharing Contact Details with Service Providers:

I grant permission for BestStellies Student Accommodation to share my contact details with third-party service providers, as necessary, to arrange access to the property for the purpose of conducting repairs or maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, or other services.

5. Privacy and Data Security:

BestStellies Student Accommodation is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We will take appropriate measures to ensure the privacy and security of your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Compliance with Terms:

You agree to comply with all terms and conditions as stated herein. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your accommodation agreement once signed.

7. Amendment of Terms and Conditions:

BestStellies Student Accommodation reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or through the designated communication channels.

8. Agreement Acceptance:

By submitting this application for student accommodation, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
